Join distilling expert and consultant Julia Nourney for an in-depth, live discussion of different still types and the essential considerations when buying a still or choosing how to use it. The production of a variety of spirits will be covered (including gin, rum, whisky and brandy), as well the fundamentals of distillation and rectification and questions including: pot vs. column, copper vs. stainless steel, and more traditional options vs. newer models such as the iStill.
