Allen Associates is the largest Scottish based chemical and process engineering design consultancy serving the Scotch whisky and related industries. The company has worked on projects in over 100 spirit production plants in the UK and overseas, ranging from small craft distillers to large multinationals. Although the consultancy has a strong focus on Scotch whisky it also has a wealth of experience in other distilled spirits.
The Allen Associates team has sixteen technical staff including twelve Chemical & Process Design Engineers (five of which are chartered and two Fellows).
