Over the last few years we’ve had some fantastic speakers, each sharing information to educate distillers in every part of the distillation process from initial concept to branding, building a distillery to contracting out to third part distillation, recipe development, how to source bottles, labels, stoppers, botanicals and how to do so sustainably, even funding.
As well as distillation we’ve had talks on the spirits themselves, including trends, cocktails and signature serves. If it’s spirits related then it’s in our remit.
